人前列腺炎组织中α_1肾上腺素能受体亚型mRNA的表达 被引量:2

Expression of α_1 adrenoceptor subtypes mRNA in tissue of prostatitis patients

摘要 目的:研究Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者α1肾上腺素能受体(α1-AR)亚型在前列腺组织的mRNA的表达。方法:经会阴穿刺获得40例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者的前列腺组织,用逆转录聚合酶链反应检测3种α1-AR亚型的mRNA含量。结果:40例患者中Ⅲa型22例,Ⅲb型18例;病理呈CP者33例,正常者7例。α1a-AR、α1b-AR和α1d-AR含量分别为0.26±0.04,0.17±0.04和0.17±0.03,三者的比例为44:27:29。α1a-AR与α1b-AR及α1d-AR的含量差异有显著性(P<0.05),α1b-AR与α1d-AR的含量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。各受体亚型在Ⅲa组和Ⅲb组,病理呈CP组和病理正常组之间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:本研究表明在国人的前列腺炎组织中,α1-AR受体亚型的表达以α1a-AR mRNA含量最高,在前列腺平滑肌的收缩中起主要作用。 Objective:To probe the expression of α1 adrenoceptor subtypes mRNA in the tissue of prostatitis patients.Methods:Prostate tissues of III type prostatitis in 40 patients were obtain through perineal puncture.The content of mRNA in three subtypes of α1 adrenoceptor was measured by the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results:In a total of 40 patients,there were 22 cases with category IIIa and 22 with category IIIb;of whom 33 with pathological Inflammation in prostatic peripheral zone and 7 with pathological non-inflammation.The mRNA content of α1a adrenoceptor subtype was 0.26±0.04.The mRNA content of α1b adrenoceptor subtype was 0.17±0.04,and the mRNA content of α1d adrenoceptor subtype 0.17±0.03.The ratio of the three subtypes was 44:27:29.The difference content of α1a-AR relative to α1b AR and α1d AR was statistically significant(P 0.05).The difference content of α1b-AR and α1d AR subtypes had no statistically significant(P 0.05).The comparison between the normal group and pathology showed CP group,IIIa group and IIIb group in various adrenoceptor subtypes had no significantly difference.Conclusion:This study shows that α1a-AR is the highest content of mRNA in the Chinese prostatitis organization.α1a-AR plays an important role in smooth muscle contraction of human prostate tissue.
