摘要
为评定钢材抗拉强度的测量不确定度,以Ф18热轧带肋钢筋为例,根据不确定度的数学模型确定影响试验结果的各项因素,计算各因素所带来的不确定度分量,求出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,最终给出热轧带肋钢筋抗拉强度测量结果的检测报告。
First,in order to evaluate the uncertainty of testing tensile strength for steel,various factors influencing on testing results for hot-rolled ribbed bar of Ф18 mm were determined by means of math model as an example,the related components of effective factor were calculated.Then,the uncertainty compound of combined standard and expanded were determined.Finally,the report on tested tensile strength of hot-rolled ribbed bar are given.
