摘要
研究了碳纤维掺量对水泥基材料密度、弹性模量、泊松比等物理力学性能的影响,并通过理论计算与试验数据进行了对比.结果表明:随着碳纤维掺量的增加,水泥基材料的密度和弹性模量降低、泊松比增加.通过回归分析,得到了水泥基材料的密度、弹性模量和泊松比与碳纤维掺量的函数对应关系,理论计算表明,水泥基材料的密度和弹性模量实测值与理论计算值有很好的一致性.
The effect of fiber content on physical and mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced cement-based material was investigated,and the theoretical calculation and the experimental value were compared.Results show that the density,elastic modulus decrease with the carbon fiber content increasing,while the Poisson ratio increases.The functional relationships between the density,elastic modulus,Poisson ratio and carbon fiber content are obtained by regression analysis,which provide the parameter basis for study on thermal stress contours.It is shown that the experimental value and theoretical value have a good agreement.
