钙矾石结晶化抑制剂对硫铝酸盐水泥性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过砂浆棒长度试验,研究了钙矾石结晶化抑制剂对硫铝酸盐水泥膨胀性能的抑制效果.结果表明:掺入质量分数为0.1%的结晶化抑制剂能有效抑制硫铝酸盐水泥的膨胀性能,其抑制程度最高可达30%以上;可使硫铝酸盐水泥的凝结时间有所延缓,但对胶砂强度基本无影响.结晶化抑制剂的有机酸根离子取代SO42-并与钙矾石的基本结构单元这一极性阳离子相结合,从而形成了稳定的络合物,抑制了钙矾石凝胶体的成核及生长. The length test of mortar rod was conducted to determine the effect of ettringite crystallization inhibitors on expansion.The results show that it's effective to lower expansion with 0.1%(by mass) inhibitors incorporated in sulpho-aluminate cement,the degree of inhibition is up to 30%;and it has the effect of retarding but almost has no impact on cement mortar strength.The organic acid ions in crystallization inhibitors replace SO4^2- and combine with the polarity cations of ettringite to form stable complexes,hence inhibit the nucleation and growth of ettringite gels.
