摘要
粉磨废弃混凝土制得再生微粉(Ⅰ,Ⅱ).通过强度试验对再生微粉的活性进行研究,通过平板试验对掺再生微粉混凝土的早期抗裂性能进行研究.结果表明:再生微粉Ⅰ的活性与矿粉相当,再生微粉Ⅱ的活性低于矿粉;掺再生微粉混凝土的初裂时间推迟,最大裂缝宽度及长度均减小,总裂缝面积亦减小,即再生微粉对混凝土早期抗裂性能有明显的改善作用;综合抗裂性能指标来看,再生微粉Ⅰ对混凝土早期抗裂性能的改善效果最好,再生微粉Ⅱ次之,而矿粉最差.上述结果为再生微粉作为混凝土掺和料的可行性提供试验支撑.
The re-production powder(Ⅰ,Ⅱ) was made by grinding waste concrete.The activity of the re-production powder was studied by strength testing,and the early anti-crack performance of concrete containing re-production power was also studied by using the slab test method.The results show that the activity of re-production powder Ⅰ(RPP Ⅰ) is close to that of mineral powder,but the activity of re-production powder Ⅱ(RPP Ⅱ) is worse than that of mineral powder.The re-production power can put off the time for initial crack,lessen the maximal crack width and length,it can also lessen the total crack area.All these show that the re-production powder can improve the early anti-crack performance of concrete,and the RPP Ⅰ is better than RPP Ⅱ and better than mineral powder in term of the anti-crack index.Experimental support is given to the use of reproduction powder as a kind of admixture.
