Distribution of five types of gastrointestinal hormone immunoreactive cells in the skin of rana rugulosa

目的：对虎纹蛙（rana rugulosa）皮肤中5种胃肠激素免疫阳性细胞进行鉴别与定位。方法：应用过氧化物酶标记的链霉卵白索（S-P）免疫细胞化学方法。结果：在虎纹蛙皮肤中检测出了5-羟色胺（5-HT）、胃泌素（GAS）、胰高血糖素（GI—U）、胰多肽（PP）和生长抑素（SS）等5种胃肠激素免疫阳性细胞。阳性细胞主要分布于皮肤的表皮层和黏液腺中，颗粒腺中未见分布。GAS和GLU免疫阳性细胞在背部皮肤中的分布密度大于腹部，背部皮肤中免疫阳性反应亦强于腹部；5-HT、PP和SS免疫阳性细胞则在腹部皮肤中的分布密度大于背部，腹部皮肤中免疫阳性反应亦强于背部。结论：虎纹蛙皮肤细胞可表达多种胃肠激素免疫阳性物质，其在背腹部皮肤中含量不同。

Objective： To investigate the distribution and density of five types of gastrointestinal hormone immunoreactive cells in the skin of rana rugulosa. Methods： Streptavidin peroxidase （SP） immunohistochemical method and biological statistical a nalysis were used. Results： Five types of gastrointestinal hormone immunoreactive cells were detected in the skin of rana rugu- losa, including 5-hydroxytryptamine （5-HT）, gastrin （GAS）, glucagon （GLU）, pancreatic polypeptide （PP） and somatostatin （SS）. Immunoreactive cells were primarily found in the epidermis and mucous glands, but not detected in granular glands. The densities of GAS and GLU immunoreactive cells in dorsal skin were significantly higher than those in the ventral skin. The immumoreactive reaction of the dorsal skin was significantly stronger than that of the ventral skin. While the densi ties of 5-HT, PP and SS immunoreactive cells in the ventral skin were significantly higher than those in the dorsal skin. The immunoreactive reaction of the ventral skin was significantly stronger than that of the dorsal skin. Conclusion： Several types of gastrointestinal hormones were expressed in the skin of rana rugulosa, and the content of which is different be tween the dorsal and ventral skin.
