摘要
目的:探讨荷瘤S180小鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA)的反应性和形态学改变以及香菇多糖对其的影响。方法:免疫组织化学显色和形态计量技术。结果:荷瘤小鼠肾上腺质量增加,肾上腺皮质柬状带和网状带、髓质细胞均增生。肾上腺皮质厚度、皮质截面积和髓质截面积均明显增加。香菇多糖组肾上腺结构与正常组比较无明显形态学变化。荷瘤对照组的促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)阳性反应细胞百分比、平均光密度值和阳性反应颗粒面积比均增高,与正常对照组比较,其差异有统计学意义。应用香菇多糖后,上述各数值均回归接近正常。结论:香菇多糖可通过影响HPA的功能活动,减轻由ACTH引起的糖皮质激素分泌增加出现的免疫抑制,最终达到抗肿瘤之目的。
Objective: To explore the reactivity and morphology of hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenocortieal axis (HPA) on tumor- bearing mice, and effect of lentinan on it. Methods: Immunohistochemistry staining and morphometry were used. Results: The adrenal weight, cortical thickness, areas of the cortex and medulla, the percentage of ACTH cells, the positive reacting ceils area/scanning area, and the mean optical density in pituitary ACTH cells significantly increased in the tumor control group and tumor saline group compared with those in the normal control group (P〈0.01), but this situation could be reversed by lentinan. Conclusion: An increase in pituitary ACTH cells may induce adrenal cellular proliferation with fascicula and medulla in tumor-bearing mice, but lentinan can inhibit this by influencing function of HPA.
