藏族CYP17与CYP19基因多态性与身高的相关关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨西藏藏族人群CYP17与CYP19基因多态性与人体身高发育的关系。方法:收集长期居住西藏且体检健康的藏族人血液标本200例(男108例,女92例),并同时测量其身高,提取DNA,设计引物,通过RFLP-PCR法对CYP17基因多态性进行检测;对CYP19基因经PCR扩增,电泳并回收后进行直接测序。结果:CYP17基因MspAII酶切位点基因多态性与藏族男性身高发育有关;与女性身高发育无明显相关性。CYPl9基因多态性与男、女身高均无相关。结论:CYP17基因可能是影响藏族男性身高个体差异的基因之一,而CYP19基因对藏族人群身高影响不明显。 Objective: To explore the relationship of the CYP17 and CYP19 gene polymorphisms with height in Tibe-tans. Methods: We collected blood sample from 200 healthy Tibetans (108 men and 92 women) , all of whom were long-term residents of Tibet, and measured their height and extracted DNA; the polymorphism of CYP17 gene was detected by RFLP PCR; CYP19 gene was detected by direct sequencing after PCR amplification. Results: CYP17 gene MspAII enzyme gene polymorphism was associated with male height; there was no significant correlation with female height. CYP19 gene polymorphism had no correlation with neither male nor female height. Conclusion: CYP17 gene may be one of the genes which affect the height of Tibetan men, and CYP19 gene had no significant effect on Tibetan height.
