微创术式结合锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折 被引量：4

摘要 目的 探讨微创术式（MIPPO）结合肱骨近端锁定钢板（LPHP）治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的疗效.方法自2006年6月至2008年12月收治肱骨近端粉碎性骨折18例,根据Neer分型：二部分骨折12例,三部分骨折6例.均采用肩峰下一横切口和远端纵形切口,间接功能复位后插入LPHP,常规固定.术后早期功能锻炼.结果 所有患者均获随访,时间5～35个月,平均23个月.骨折愈合时间平均5个月.无一例出现腋神经损伤及肱骨头坏死,除2例偶有肩痛外其余均无肩痛,所有患者均能完成日常生活动作.术后功能评价采用Neer评分：优10例,良6例,中2例,优良率为89.9%（16/18）.结论 MIPPO结合LPHP治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折效果好,可以达到骨折功能愈合及早期功能锻炼的目的 ,获得良好的肩关节功能.
