纳米结构四氧化三铁空心微球的合成及磁性研究 被引量:13

摘要 用乙二醇为溶剂,三氯化铁和尿素为起始反应试剂,通过水热反应合成了Fe3O4空心微球。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征样品的结构和形貌,结果表明,所制备的单分散Fe3O4空心微球为立方单晶结构,其直径约400nm,是由纳米颗粒组装而成。用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量了FeO空心微球的室温磁性,发现其表现为铁磁性。 Fe3O4 nanoparticles and hollow microspheres were synthesized by hydrothermal route in ethylene glycol (EG) solution,using FeCl3·6H2O and urea as the starting materials.The structure and morphology of synthesized sample were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The results show that monodisperse Fe3O4 hollow microspheres were single-crystal cubic structure with the average diameter of approximately 400 nm.The magnetic properties were evaluated with a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).The results indicate as-prepared Fe3O4 powders exhibit a ferromagnetic behavior.
