银杏黄酮对大鼠放射性脑损伤的保护作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察银杏黄酮对大鼠放射性脑损伤的保护作用。方法建立大鼠放射性脑损伤模型,银杏黄酮组按50、100、200mg·kg-1.d-1三种不同剂量灌胃给药,分别于照射后1、7、30d,免疫组化检测胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP),原位末端标记(TUNEL法)检测细胞凋亡率。结果照射后GFAP阳性细胞数、细胞凋亡率增加,银杏黄酮干预后脑组织炎性渗出减少,GFAP阳性细胞数减少,细胞凋亡率改善。结论银杏黄酮可减少GFAP细胞,抑制细胞凋亡,减轻放射性脑损伤,且具有时间和剂量依赖性。
