自拟腰痛消外用熏蒸治疗椎体成形术后邻椎病腰痛的临床报告

The clinical effect of Yaotongxiao prepared by us on lumbago caused by adjacent segment disease

目的采用自拟腰痛消外用熏蒸治疗椎体成形术后邻椎病引起的腰痛症状,从而为体外途径给药提供参考。方法选取我院椎体成形术后60例腰痛患者,其中腰痛消组20例;口服镇痛类药物作为服药组20例;腰痛程度较轻,嘱适当功能锻炼作为对照组20例。运用数字评分法,评测腰痛的程度,自拟腰痛消外用熏蒸治疗1个疗程后,重新评测各组得分,通过对比分析,评价自拟腰痛消的治疗效果。结果相比较治疗前,自拟腰痛消能有效缓解椎体成形术后邻椎病腰痛(P=0.0125),服药组疗效优于腰痛消组(P<0.05)。而对照组与两治疗组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论自拟腰痛消外用熏蒸是缓解椎体成形术后邻椎病腰痛的一种行之有效的疗法。

Objective Observe the clinical effect of Yaotongxiao prepared by us on lumbago caused by adjacent segment disease, by the way of fumigation treatment. So as to find out an approach in vitro for reference. Methods Sample 60 patients, suffered from lumbago caused by adjacent segment disease after PKP or PVP operation,but not for the operated vertebra. 20 cases as yao tong xiao group, another 20 cases （medication group）take oral drugs for relieving pain, the others do exercise therapy as control group. One treatment later, based on statistic data to find out the conclusion by numerical pain rating scales method. Results Compared with the data collected before treatment, Yaotongxiao can reduce the lumbago significantly（P = 0. 0125） , medication group＇s effect is better than Yaotongxiao group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. While there seems no difference between the control group and Yaotongxiao or medication group. Conclusion The fumigation of Yaotongxiao can be one useful treatment for lumbago caused by adjacent segment disease.
