摘要 目的:通过溶血试验初步评价奥氏体无镍不锈钢的生物相容性。方法:首先制备半径5 mm、厚1 mm奥氏体无镍不锈钢金属片。将金属试件放入试管中,试管中加入10 ml生理盐水,另取2个试管做对照组,阴性对照组:10 ml生理盐水,阳性对照组:10 ml蒸馏水。每个试管中加入人稀释抗凝血0.2 ml,水浴后测定各管吸光度。按下式计算溶血率:溶血率=(样品吸光度-阴性吸光度)/(阳性吸光度-阴性吸光度)。结果:奥氏体无镍不锈钢试件的溶血率为3.831%,小于5%。结论:奥氏体无镍不锈钢不会引起人的急性溶血。 Objective:To preliminarily evaluate the biocompatibility of austenitic nickel-free stainless steel with in haemolysis test.Methods:First austenitic nickel-free stainless steel was made into wafers of 5 mm diameter and 1mm thickness.Then the material was put separately in the cuvette with 10 ml physiological saline solution as the test group,while those in the cuvette with 10 ml distilled water or 10 ml physiological solution were taken as the positive control group and the negative control group.The human blood(0.2ml) was added into each cuvette.Haemolysis rate was measured according to the formula of(the absorbance value of austenitic nickel-free stainless steel-the absorbance value of negative control group)/(the absorbance value of positive control group-the absorbance value of austenitic nickel-free stainless steel).Results:haemolysis rate of the austenitic nickel-free stainless steel was 3(831%,which was lower than 5%.Conclusion:the austenitic nickel-free stainless steel will not induce acute haemolysis.
