摘要
目的:了解饮水机的卫生状况,发现卫生安全隐患,采取措施加强监督管理。方法:随机采取校园内部分饮水机水样样品,包括新出厂的桶装水、经饮水机的常温水、沸水等不同水样,分别进行细菌总数检测和耐热大肠菌群的微生物学检验。结果:经饮水机常温出水口的水样,细菌总数超标现象突出,部分样品发现耐热大肠菌群。结论:饮水机存在次生污染情况,使用饮水机应适时清洗,并建议饮用加热的沸水,有效防止饮水中毒事件的发生。
Objective:To examine the sanitary state of drinking water machine and to discover its potential safety concerns,thus helping people to take steps to reinforce the supervision and management.Methods:Tested samples were collected rando mly on campus,including normal temperature water and boiled water from selected drinking water machines and recently produced bottled water.Then microbiological examination about the total bacteria number and the thermotoletant coliform bacteria were carried out for each sample.Results:The total bacteria number in samples collected from the normal temperature faucet of drinking water machine was far above its standard level and thermotoletant coliform bacteria was found in some of those samples.Conclusion:Secondary pollution exists in drinking water machine;clean drinking water machine regularly and drink boiled water are suggested to prevent poisoning events induced by drinking water.
