摘要
加强图书馆人力资源的管理,已经成为公认的提高图书馆业务水平和服务效率的一条主要途径。本文对图书馆人力资源管理中的服务部门机构架设、激励与约束机制、用人管理机制、考核制度及职称评定制度等问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策措施。
To enhance human resource management of library has been acknowledged raise the professional level and service efficiency of library. This paper analyzes th as a main approach to e following aspects of human resource management of library : the organization structure of the department, the effective encour- agement and restraining system, the employment and management mechanism, the appraisal system, and the professional title appraisal system, then puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
