定额管理是企业的一种管理方式,把它引入图书馆的管理工作中来,有一定的积极作用,但也存在一些实际问题,定额的确定是图书馆定额管理中的一个难题,对此笔者提出了一些具体做法。

Quota management is one of the management approaches adopted by different enterprises. The application of quota management in library management has certain positive effects, while there could be some practical problems such as determining a reasonable fixed quota. Some specific suggestions are put forward for reference.
