摘要
地方高等院校图书馆加强特色文献建设是图书馆发展的必要,搞好特色化建设除了应采取系列措施外,还应提高对特色馆藏采访人员素质的培养。
Strengthening featured collections construction is necessary for local college libraries development. To improve featured collections construction, a series of measures should be taken, including cultivation and education for featured collections acquisition librarians.
