摘要
本文结合实际工作,从几个方面就优化期刊管理进行探讨,同时指出,应加强期刊管理人员素质的培养,才能提高期刊管理水平,提高读者服务质量。
Based on practical work experience, this paper discusses how to optimize journal management from several aspects. It also points out cultivation and education for librarians is the key to improve journal management and reader satisfaction.
