摘要
以高校图书馆员素质现状作为文章的切入点,对目前图书馆员素质现状进行深入分析,从馆员应具备的素质对图书馆建设的创造性和决定性作用方面考虑,提出提高图书馆员素质的途径。
Librarians play the creative and decisive role in library development, thus they should possess certain qualities. This paper has done an in - depth analysis on the current situation of university librarians quality, and proposes suggestions to improve the quality of librarians.
