基于云计算和空中校园的高等教育发展趋势——兼论我国广播电视大学系统的未来作用

Development Trend of Higher Education Based on Cloud Computation and Air Campus

美国高教信息化2009年会提出未来高等教育的趋势之一是基于云计算的空中校园,这一趋势不仅把目前最先进和最适用于教育的信息技术整合起来发挥综合作用,而且将从教学、科研方式和评价机制等方面影响未来高等教育战略走向,具有技术革命的色彩。对比我国发展广播电视大学和美国推广空中校园这两种教育发展战略,既有技术层次、形成机制上的区别,也有基本理念、社会需求方面的相似性。为了应对新的技术挑战,有必要考察、分析基于云计算的空中校园这一未来高教信息化发展趋势,并总结、分析我国既有经验和基础,以利于更好地消化先进教育理念、促进适合我国国情的教育改革。

One trend of the future high education put forward by 2009 Annual Conference of American Information -based Higher Education is the air campus based on cloud computation, which integrates the most advanced and applicable educational IT and will affect the educational strategy orientation of instruction, scientific research and assessment mechanism. In comparison with the development of China＇ s Radio and TV University and the popularity of American air campus, there are the differences in technology and mechanism and the similarities in basic ideas and social requirements. To face new technological challenges, it is necessary to analyze the future development trend of the air campus and to summarize China＇ s experience and basis so as to digest the advanced ideas and promote the educational reform that conforms to the situation in China.
