摘要
本试验用尼泊金乙酯作为家蚕人工饲料的防腐剂,调查其防腐效果、对家蚕生长发育的影响,以收蚁后48h家蚕的疏毛率、3龄起蚕率(10h后)、3龄起蚕体重(10头平均)和存活率(10h后)等作为适应性指标,并与添加山梨酸钾、丙酸钙、山梨酸钾+丙酸钙以及不添加防腐剂的饲料进行比较。试验结果表明:尼泊金乙酯在高温多湿的养蚕环境中对家蚕人工饲料中的霉菌具有抑制作用,但其对小蚕的摄食性有影响。而山梨酸钾在各方面都表现优秀,故家蚕人工饲料的防腐剂,以添加0.3%的山梨酸钾为宜。
This experiment uses nipagin ethyl ester to be the antiseptic of Bombyx mori artificial diet, investigate its antisepsis effect and the influence of growth on Bombyx moil, such as:tbe setae dispersion rates at 48 hours ,three ages rising silkworm rate (after 10 days), third-instar silkworm body weight ( 10 sare average) and livability(after 10 days) etc. And compared with potassium sorbate,ealciumpropionate,otassium sorbate+ealcium propionate and the forage without antiseptic. Experiment result seems the nipagin ethyl ester has a repression to the fungi in the Bombyx moil artificial diet with wetly and heat environment.But the its antisepsis effect combines ignores to think.potassium sorbate be all excellent In every respect, so with adding potassium sorbate of 0.3% for proper in the Bombyx moil artificial diet.
