摘要 低损耗的介电材料在毫米波频段有很重要的应用,为实现Ka和W波段上天线罩材料的复介电常数高精度测量,基于开放腔测量介电常数的原理,运用计算机控制矢量网络分析仪,研制了一套开放腔介电常数自动测量系统.该系统解决了在宽频带内精确确定开放腔的腔长,以及从相对介电常数的多个测量结果中选择真值的问题,提高了介质材料的复介电常数测量精确度,多频点的测试方法降低了测试出错的可能性,自动测试极大地提高了测试效率. Low loss dielectric materials have very important application at millimeter frequencies. To obtain their dielectric properties at Ka-band and W-band, an automatic open resonator measurement system is designed and constructed. The system controls a VNA(Vector Network Analyzer) by using a computer. The system addresses serveral key technologies of how to determine precision value of cavity length and how to choose correct solution from a lot of solutions. A technology of measurement in some frequencies improves reliability of the system. Automatic measurement greatly increases the testing efficiency.
