摘要
设计了基于AVR控制器的RCL智能测量仪,测量仪将元件参数信号转换为频率信号,利用AVR控制器的高速捕捉口实现频率信号的精确采集,通过控制器实现电阻、电感、电容元件自动识别,并可根据元件大小实现量程的自动切换,本测量仪的测量范围较广,测量精度较高,误差小于3%,具有很好的实用价值.
Intelligent RCL parameter apparatus based on AVR controller is designed. It converts parameter into frequency signal, and utilizes high capture port to collect the signal accurately. The apparatus can identify resistance, inductance and capacitance components automatically and switch measurement range automatically according to the size of the components. The apparatus has good practical value with a wide measuring range, high precision and low error of less than 3%.
