摘要
本文对中国与俄罗斯两个国家之间的食品质量标准体系进行比较和分析。以食品工业中奶酪制造为例,着重找出两者之间的差异和不足,为两国在奶酪制造领域的交流和合作奠定基础。
This article makes an attempt to analyze standardization systems in food industry between China and Russia, and compares typical structure and cheese-making food standards between GB and GOST, focusing on discovering the differences and both sides' drawbacks, as well as taking the latest practical experience into account. Such work is done for the purpose of future cooperative research between the two countries.
