摘要
研究了玉米须粗多糖高温水提工艺,发现主要影响因素为:料液比、提取次数、提取时间和乙醇浓度。在此基础上安排正交试验,确定出最优提取条件为:提取次数2次,提取时间25min,乙醇浓度75%,料液比21:1,此时玉米须粗多糖得率达到4.83%。
The extraction process of polysaccharide of corn silk by high-temperature water was studied, the main factors were： ratio of liquid to material, extraction times, extraction time and ethanol concentration. The orthogonal test was arranged on the basis of the previous tests, and the optimal extraction conditions were obtained： extraction times 2, extraction time, 25min, 75% ethanol, ratio of liquid to material 21：1, then the yield of polysaccharide of corn silk achieved 4.83%.
