摘要
发动机振动力与振动力矩是鱼雷壳体振动的外激励因素,其幅值与频率的变化规律直接关系到鱼雷壳体的振动。本文从空间机构学角度出发,在对置式摆盘发动机结构与力学特性分析的基础上,推导出对置式摆盘机左、右各部分主轴、摆盘、连杆及活塞的惯性力与惯性力矩,然后分别研究其振动力与振动力矩的变化规律,并与单边布置的摆盘发动机进行比较,提出进一步的平衡措施与方法。该方法对发动机的结构与减振降噪设计具有一定的借鉴意义,同时可为研制新型鱼雷热动力装置奠定一定的基础。
The shaking force and shaking moment from engine are the external factors that exciting vibration of torpedo shell Based on the spatial mechanism principles, the structural and mechanical characteristics of the contrapositive wobble-plate engine were analyzed. Then the inertia force and inertia moment of the engine were deduced, which are induced by axle shafts, wobble plates, links and pistons on right and left half parts of the engine, respectively. At last, the dynamic balance of the shaking force and shaking moment of the engine was investigated and compared with that of the unilateral wobble-plate engine. This study may benefit the designs of engine structure and vibration/noise reduction.
