社会核心价值是特定社会经济基础的产物,法律制度建设是社会核心价值的法律化、制度化。社会主义核心价值的主体是全体人民,其内涵就是社会的进步与实践公平,实现人的全面与自由发展。社会主义法制建设应体现社会主义核心价值追求,既要尊重社会发展的规律和过程性,注重从现实的基础和条件出发,又要注重人的选择和创造性实践,推进中国社会又好又快地发展。

Social core values are products of a specific social economic base.They depends on the legal system to make them legislative and systematic.The subject of the socialist core values is the civilians,the implication of which is to promote the social progress and equality and to realize the overall development of human beings.The construction of the socialist legislative system must on one hand respect the regulations of social development based on the material realities and on the other respect human beings＇choice and creative practice to promote a sound and rapid development of China.
