高校思想政治教育在面对提高大学生就业力这一新问题、新挑战时,其具体实施模式、方法必须进行调整与创新。必须坚持谋求与用人单位的用人结构、人才评判标准和消费需求相适应,谋求与大学生就业和从业及职业发展要求相适应的措施,从而实现大学生就业力的和谐发展。

In confrontation with challenges of the pressure of college students＇employment,modes and methods to carry out ideological and political education should accordingly be adjusted and improved.We must adapt them to the employers＇demands and standards for talents,to students＇requirements for future career development so as to realize a harmonious development of college students＇employment.
