摘要
培养高师学生语言表达能力是一个系统性工程,通过树立大语言文字观(包括中文、英文)的理念,探索高师生在日常学习中加强普通话应用和英语口语训练的有机结合,构建双语表达能力培养体系:从抓好第一课堂教学,充实第二课堂教学内容,拓展第三课堂活动入手,提升高师生双语表达能力,以达到增强高师生职业技能,全面实施素质教育的目的。
The enhancement of the language competence of students at teachers' colleges or normal universities is,in a way,a systematic project.With a broader picture of the connotation of language(including the languages of English and Chinese) in mind,we should make endeavors to establish a bilingual skills training system for students at teachers' colleges or normal universities by organically integrating the popularization of Mandarin Chinese and the training of English oral proficiency.Only by strengthening efforts of both in-class instruction and after-class training can the general objective of enhancing the students' language competence,uplifting the students' professional skills and promoting the students' all-around development be accomplished.
