摘要
通过应用金相和电子显微分析,对含有微量非金属夹杂物的含钛低碳钢在不同冷却条件下的显微组织进行研究,发现铁素体精细的显微结构对钢的机械性能有显著影响。其中针状铁素体之间细小的马氏体的存在与数量对钢的抗拉强度和低温冲击韧性起关键作用。
Through optical and electron microscopy to study the various micro-phases in different cooling processes to titanium bearing low carbon steels containing fine non-metallic inclusions,it is observed that the ferrite fine microstructure has much effect on their mechanical properties.The existence and amount of small isolated martensite between the acicular ferrite play an important role in determining the tensile strength and low temperature impact toughness of the steels.
