摘要 旅游购物是旅游消费活动的六大要素之一,是旅游者外出进行旅游活动的重要组成部分。但是,受旅游购物所带来的短期利益的驱使,由旅行社、导游人员、购物商店等预先设置的购物陷阱层出不穷,让旅游者防不胜防。文章以博弈论为基础,分析了旅游购物陷阱形成的原因,主要包括旅行社散布不真实的旅游信息,旅行社现行的激励机制不合理导致导游人员产生诱骗旅游者购物的动机,旅行社与旅游购物商店形成利益联盟以及旅游购物商店之间的不正当竞争手段。据此,总结了规避旅游购物陷阱的四点对策,以期对规范旅游购物市场有一定的指导意义。 Shopping is among the six major factors of traveling.It is also an important part of people's traveling activities.However,by the drive of short-term profiteering and influences of earning more money,the tour agencies,the tour guide,the shops have set numbers of traps,which are difficult to identify,to scramble money from the tourists.This essay based on the game theory analyzes the reasons of these traps.There' re four main causes:the tour agencies dispatching untrue information,the unreasonable incentive mechanism in the tour agencies rising tour guides' motivation to lure tourists to shopping,the benefit alliance between tour agencies and tourist shops and the unfair competition methods of different tourist shops.According to these reasons,the essay summarizes four countermeasures to cope with these traps in the end,hoping that it will contribute to regulate the traveling shopping market.
