城市近现代建筑保护与旅游开发利用研究——以长沙市为例

The Study on Protection and Tourism Development of Modern Buildings in Changsha

文章以长沙现存的近现代建筑为基础,挑选出其中具有代表性的建筑进行具体的分析与研究。总结了近现代建筑在旅游开发过程中存在的问题,探讨了具体的旅游开发利用措施及保护对策,力图在复杂变迁的社会现实与旅游开发利用中构造沟通的桥梁,从而使长沙近现代建筑在旅游开发利用中凸显出其独特的旅游魅力与旅游价值。

This paper bases on the existent modern buildings in Changsha and chooses the representatives of them to do the analysis and research.We conclude the problems existed in the modern buildings during the process of tourism development,discuss the actual measures taken in the tourism development and the protection strategies,and try to connect the complex and ever-changing social reality with the tourism development so as to highlight the unique charm and value of Changsha modern buildings in tourism development.
