摘要
文章分析了高校校园文化和绩效管理的内涵,阐述了高校实施绩效管理的作用,提出建设以绩效管理为导向的高校校园文化的举措,对高职院校人力资源管理有一定借鉴意义。
This paper analyses the characteristics of institution of higher education campus culture and Performance Management,it presents the function on performance management,and puts forwords strategy to the question.It is useful for human resources in institution of higher education.
