小方坯连铸机二冷气-水喷嘴测试及应用实践

The test of gas-water discharge jet for recooling and the practice for its applying on billet conticaster

介绍重钢炼钢厂在对1#s小方坯连铸机进行增流改造时，针对改造前铸机使用二冷压力水喷嘴生产中铸坯严重内裂问题，结合铸机特点首次引进气-水喷嘴，在公司钢研所进行测试并成功在铸机上大生产使用，最终解决了内裂，满足了小方坯铸机高效化生产要求。

This paper introduces that, when making alteration to increase streams on 1#billet contieaster, contraposeing the severe problem of internal check ,which is created by using discharge jet for recooling before the alteration.We used the gas-water discharge jet first by combining the traits of the conticaster, through the test in the steel graduate school of company and the using in production cosmicallily ,then solved the problem of internal check ,meet the need which make the production efficiently
