摘要
螺旋装煤是借助于机械装置将煤均匀、定时、定量地装入炭化室,螺旋装煤在装煤过程存在高转速与低转速的差别。在螺旋装煤后期平煤低转速运行时,将使上部煤料的堆密度减小,高向堆密度差值达到103 kg/m3。提高低转速条件下的下煤量,有利于上部煤料的密实,减轻结焦末期收缩。对降低炉顶空间温度,改善炭化室顶部石墨生产有积极作用。
