摘要 目的探讨klotho蛋白在高血压发病中的作用。方法收集我院2009年3月~2009年6月间住院的104例高血压和61例非高血压者血样本,采用ELISA方法检测klotho蛋白、硝基还原酶法检测一氧化氮(NO)。结果高血压组klotho蛋白吸光度和NO水平低于非高血压组(P<0.01);klotho蛋白吸光度与NO、年龄存在相关性。结论 Klotho蛋白是一个与衰老相关的蛋白,可能通过一氧化氮机制参与高血压发病。 Objective To investigate the role of klotho protein in the pathogenesis of hypertension. Methods We collected blood samples of 104 patients with hypertension and 61 people without hypertension admitted to our hospital between March and June 2009. Klotho protein and nitric oxide (NO) in blood serum were detected by ELISA and nitro-reductase methods. Results Klotho protein absorbance and NO were lower in hypertension group than in non-hypertension group (P0.01). Klotho protein absorbance was correlated with NO and age. Conclusion Klotho protein is a protein associated with aging. Klotho protein may be involved in the pathogenesis of hypertension through nitric oxide mechanism.
