The advantages in prncessing of thermoplastic porurethane Parts over casting polyurethane elastomer are remarked. The injection technique and the processing parameters are simply introduced. The influence factors during the production, the requirement for injection molding machine, and recycle of the waste are discussed. And the developmnt prospect of TPU parts are described.
