摘要
以自制的新型类双酚单体4-(3-甲基-4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1一酮,与4,4′-二氟二苯酮反应,合成了新型聚芳醚酮。初步探讨了聚合条件;用核磁共振、红外光谱分析研究了双酚单体及聚合物的结构;用DSC、TGA分析了聚合物的耐热性。实验结果表明,此类双酚单体具有与双酚类似的活性,可以进行聚合反应,由此合成的材料具有优异的综合性能:400℃以下聚合物几乎没有热损失;对溶剂的溶解性能优于其它聚醚酮;力学性能良好。由于主链上引入了甲基基团,为拓宽材料的应用范围提供了一个潜在的功能基团。
s A novel biphenollike compound,4 (3 methyl 4 hydroxylphenyl) 2,3 phthalazine l tone which was synthesized by ourselves,was successfully used to synthesize a thermal stable engineering plastics with inherent viscosity 0.75×10 2ml·g -1 by reaction with 4,4′ diflourodiphenylketone.The polymerization conditions were discussed.Also the structure of the monomer and the polymer were studied through FT IR and 1H NMR.The thermal stability was amalysis by DSC and TGA.The experiment results show that this bisphenol like monomer has the analog reaction activity as bisphenols,and could be polymerized with the dihalied.The polymer has good overall properties.From TGA,we could found no weight loss under 400℃;the polymer has better solubility than other kinds of PEEK;the mechanical properties is good too.The introduction of methyl group onto the polymer chains will broaden the application of the polymer because the methyl group is a potential function group.
