通过对高等职业院校人力资源管理的发展现状进行了分析,针对人力资源管理中存在的问题,提出了加大教育投资力度、加强考核管理、合理使用人才、建立激励机制等多项对策。

In this paper,the author analyzed development status of human resource management of higher vocational school.Coming up with existent problems in human resource management,the author put forward a number of countermeasures,such as increasing investment in education,strengthening evaluation system,using talents reasonably and building motivate mechanism,etc.
