摘要
将新单体-4,4′-二(β-萘氧基)二苯砜(BNODPS)和对苯二甲酰氯、4,4′-二苯氧基二苯甲酮进行傅-克酰化聚合,制得了一系列主链含萘环的聚醚酮醚酮酮/聚醚砜醚酮酮(PEKEKK/PESEKK)共聚物。研究表明,PESEKK含量小于40mol%时,可制得结晶聚合物。共聚物具有比PEKEKK更优异的耐热性,随着主链中PESEKK含量增加,共聚物Tg逐渐升高,Tm、结晶度逐渐降低,仍具有很好的耐溶剂性。
s A series of random copolymers of poly(ether ketone ether ketone ketone)(PEKEKK)/poly(ether sulfone ether ketone ketone)(PESEKK)were prepared by Friedel-Crafts acylation polycondensation of 4,4′ bis(β naphthoxy)diphenylsulfone,terephthaloyl chloride and 4,4′ diphenoxybenzene in a catalyst/solvent system of AlCl 3/ClCH 2CH 2Cl/DMF.The research showed that the crystalline copolymers could be made when the PESEKK content was below 40mol%.The copolymers exhibit better heat resistance than the PEKEKK.The T g of copolymers increases,the T m and crystallinity decrease with PESEKK content increasing,the copolymers still have excellent solvent resistance
