摘要
利用可视化技术对同向双螺杆挤出熔融过程做了实验观察,就较大加料量加工粉料的情况建立了平动模型,在所假设条件下,给出了解析解和数值解,并以HIPS粉料为物料对模型进行了实验验证。研究结果表明,所建立的平动模型基本上反映了实际情况;平动模型的解析解仅能够计算无定型聚合物的熔融过程,无法考虑啮合区的影响,因而误差较大;相比之下数值解可以方便地处理结晶聚合物熔融时的相变问题和啮合区的影响,计算结果比较接近实验值。
s With the visualization technology,melting process in co rotating twin screw extrusion was studied.The translational motion model for powder process with higher feeding ratio was established both physically and mathematically.Under the given assumptions,the analytical and numerical solutions of the model were deduced respectively,and experiment for HIPS powder extrusion was conducted to verify the model.The result of this study showed that the translational motion model reflected the actural extrusion situation basically,with the analytical solution,the melting process of amorphous polymer in screw zone could be handled only,and this may cause more calculation errors relatively;by comparison,we could conveniently handle the phase change of crystal polymer′s melting and the intermeshing zone′s influence to the melt process with the numerical solution and get a more accurate result.
