Employment difficulty for college graduates has become a hot topic in current society.The root cause is that school and society is out of joint.The reason is mainly that there is no community and lack of credibility.The talents-cultivating mode of Real Situations Coupling advocated by Qingdao Technical College has effectively solved the disconnection problem between school and society.It has been proved by the successful practice of school-enterprise cooperation that mechanisms innovation for joint training,internship management and integration of practice and employment is the important way to solve the employment difficulty.
