青少年网络依赖的家庭干预研究

A Study of Family Intervention in the Teenagers' Internet Dependence

青少年网络依赖问题已成为我国青少年健康成长的一大杀手。应试教育式的家庭培养模式、教导式的单向沟通方式、严厉惩罚和过度控制式的父母教养方式等家庭教育模式,是导致青少年出现深层次心理问题,进而转向网络依赖的重要原因。因此对青少年网络依赖问题的解决,应以预防为主。可通过提升和改进家庭教育理念和教育模式,来减少青少年心理问题产生的几率,从而达到预防的目的。对于已经网络成瘾的青少年,也可寻求相应的家庭干预矫治策略,最终实现改变的目的。

Internet dependence has become the important hindrance to the teenagers＇ growing up healthily.There exist such problems in the pattern of family education as examination-oriented education,unilateral communication,over-punishment and over-intervention,which bring on the deep-seated psychological problems and lead to the behavior of teenagers＇ internet dependence.The solution to teenagers＇ internet dependence should be focused on the prevention in advance.The conception and mode of family education should be improved to reduce the percentage of teenagers＇ mental health problems and achieve the goal of prevention.For the teenagers who have the internet dependence,we should adopt the strategies of relative family intervention to achieve the purpose of changing themselves.
