摘要
本文对德国的高等职业教育的校企合作机制问题进行了探讨。完善的职业教育法律保证体系,是德国校企合作运行机制的基础;突出实践特色,以"双元制"为特征的职业教育是德国校企合作的运行机制;而科研工作则是校企合作的源动力。
In this paper, school -enterprise cooperation mechanism in German higher vocational educahon was discussed. The perfect legal guarantee system of vocational education is the base of German school - enterprise cooperation mechanisms. With prominent feature of practice, the ＂dual system＂ of vocational education is characterized by the German school -enterprise cooperation in operational mechanism. The research work is a source for school - enterprise cooperation.
