A New Organic Heat Stabilizer N-Benzoyl-N′-p-substatuted Phenylthiourea Derivative

摘要 介绍了硬聚氯乙烯用新型有机热稳定剂N-苯甲酰基-N′-对位取代苯基硫脲衍生物的热稳定机理,它与过渡金属离子形成的络合物在热稳定过程中的作用以及与其他热稳定剂的协同效应,并比较了该热稳定剂与工业常用热稳定剂的性能。 The stabilization mechanism, function of its complex with transition metal ions in stabilization process and sysergistic effect with other heat stabilizer of N -benzoyl -N′ -p -substatuted phenylthiourea derivative, a new organic heat stabilizer for rigid poly (vinyl chloride), were introduced. The property comperisons between the organic heat stabilizer with some common industrial heat stabilizers were made.
