摘要
运用条件实验法,以苯甲酰氯和二甘醇为原料合成增塑剂二甘醇二苯甲酸酯,研究了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比等条件对合成反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。实验得到的最佳工艺条件是:反应温度100℃、反应时间5h,二甘醇与苯甲酰氯的物质的量比为0.1∶0.21,二甘醇二苯甲酸酯的产品收率可达97.68%以上,产品纯度大于99.5%。
Using a conditional test, the plasticizer diethylene glycol dibenzoate was synthesized from benzoyl chloride and diethylene glycol by direct esterification.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time, materials ratio on the synthesis were studied, and the optimum technological conditions were given as follows:the reaction temperature is 100 ℃;reaction time is 5 h; raw materal mole ratio of diethylene glycol with benzoyl chloride was 0.1 ∶0.21; the yield of diethylene glycol dibenzoate can reach over 97.68%. The purity of the product is over 99.5%.
