摘要
开展了微束等离子弧对1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢的表面改性研究,采用3A、5A微束等离子弧对其表层进行扫描重熔,并观察、分析了试样的显微组织,测定了扫描重熔前后试样在0.5mol/LH2SO4溶液中的阳极极化曲线。试验结果表明,由于快速凝固作用,微束等离子弧重熔细化了试样表层组织,减小了显微偏析,抑制了碳铬化合物在晶界的沉淀析出,进一步提高了1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢的表面抗腐蚀能力。
Abstract Surface modification using micro plasma arc for the austenitic stainless steel
was conducted in the study. The surface of the material was remelted by 3 A,5 A micro plasma arc
and was analyzed using X ray diffraction,optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and
anode polarization curves in 0.5 mol/L H 2SO 4 solution. The results showed that the remelting
has resulted in an refinement in microstructure and elimination in microsegregation. As a result,
the corrosion resistance was significantly improved.
