摘要
教育部发布的《全国中小学教师教育技术能力建设计划》要求绝大多数中小学教师接受不低于50学时的教育技术应用能力培训,据此广州市开展了中小学教师教育技术能力的全员培训。为实现大规模的教师教育技术培训,广州市借鉴角色认知与角色期望理论,通过教育技术专家培训主讲教师,主讲教师培训辅导教师,辅导教师培训普通学科教师实现了此目标。
National Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Educational Technology Capacity-Building Program issued by Education Ministry requires that the majority of primary and secondary school teachers should receive no less than 50 hours of educational technical skills training.A large-scale campaign was therefore implemented in Guangzhou.The goal was achieved through application of Role of Cognition and Role Prospect Theory,based on which educational technology experts firstly trained principal teachers,who then trained assistant teachers,who finally trained subject teachers.
