摘要
用化学着色法从铬酸盐溶液中获得了紫红色不锈钢转化膜。XPS和AES分析表明,膜层厚度约为125nm,膜层主要是由Cr、Fe、Ni和O元素组成,这些元素在膜的表面分别以Cr2O3、Fe2O3和NiO状态存在。从AES深度刻蚀曲线的组成恒定区求得膜层的相对原子百分浓度约为:Cr28.0,Fe2.6,Ni0.5。
AbstractThe purple red conversion film on stainless steel was
studied by AES and XPS. It was shown that the film mainly consisted of Cr,Fe,Ni and O, which
existed in the states as Cr 2O 3,Fe 2O 3 and NiO in the film. The relative atomic percent contents
of the film were Cr 28.0%,Fe 2.6% and Ni 0.5%.
