摘要
[目的]了解济南市社区卫生服务机构建设的现状及存在问题,为进一步开展城市社区卫生服务工作提供依据。[方法]2008年11月至2009年1月,对济南市辖区所有的174家社区卫生服务机构建设情况进行调查。[结果]调查174家社区卫生服务机构,其中社区卫生服务中心61家,社区卫生服务站113家;106家(60.92%)由政府举办;32家(18.39%)实行收支两条线管理;132家(75.86%)列入了医保定点单位;卫生技术人员中,临床医师占34.99%,中医师占7.51%,公共卫生医师占2.81%,护士占36.97%。[结论]济南市社区卫生服务已初具规模,但需要进一步加大投入,合理分配社区卫生资源。
[Objective]To study the conditions and problems in community health service construction in J i＇nan,and offer evidence for further development of community health service. [Methods]The current situation of community health service was investigated in all of the 174 CHS agencies in Ji＇nan with questionnaires from November 2008 to January 2009. [Results]In 174 CHS agencies,61 were CHS centers and 113 were CHS stations. 106 agencies（60.92%）were run by government. 32 agencies（18.39%） were managed separately in revenue and expenditure. 132 agencies （75.86%） were in the fixed unit for medicine guarantee. Clinicians,traditional Chinese physicians, public health physicians and nurses accounted for 34.99%, 7.51%, 2.81% and 36.97% of the health technicians. [Conclusion] The CHS in Ji＇nan have taken shape. However the government should invest more and distribute the community health resource properly.
